At Lillie Bow, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).
- All products purchased from Lillie Bow can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase – no requests will be entertained after that time.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
- Any items that have been worn, used, altered or washed will not be exchanged.
- Colors may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions your request may not be entertained.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock. Customer has to bear the difference cost if they exchange with any expensive product.
